Michael MihalovichDirector of BandsMichael Mihalovich is the Head Director of Bands at Robert T. Hill Middle School. He received his bachelor's degree in music education Texas A&M Commerce. He first started his first job as an assistant director in Arlington ISD. His primary instrument is Trombone but is versatile in all of the band instruments. He has been at Robert T. Hill for the past 17 years starting off as an assistant.

Juan RomeroAssistant DirectorJuan Romero is a full product of Dallas ISD. Graduate from Bryan Adams High School and went to Gaston Middle School. During his time at BA he was the Head Drum Major of the Marching Band for two consecutive years, the band received sweepstakes his senior year under the direction of Dolores Perkins. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Stephen F. Austin State University where he performed in the Concert Band, Symphonic Band, and Wind Ensemble along with Orchestra of The Pines and the infamous Lumberjack Marching Band under the directions of Tamey Anglley, David Campo, Fred J. Allen, and Gene Moon. His primary instrument is Bass Clarinet and is in the process of mastering the rest of the woodwind instruments. He did his clarinet studies under the direction of Christopher Andrew Ayer at Stephen F. Austin State University and Cheyenne Cruz at The University of Texas at Arlington. He was a student teacher at Poteet High School and Kimbrough Middle School with Cody Newman, Chris Brown, and Tish Downs as his mentors. During his free time he likes to exercise, practice, and continue to learn about band.
